Clatterbridge Cancer & Sepsis Training

In collaboration with Clatterbridge Cancer Trust Center, we have built a VR gamified experience focused around the prevention and identification of sepsis within a cancer-trust setting.
Sepsis accounts for at least 11 million deaths worldwide annually and is the cause of 1 in 5 deaths worldwide?

Early recognition and treatment reduces deaths from sepsis by 50%, making it the number one preventable cause of global mortality. (statistics obtained from the World Health Organisation)

This training solution allows remote multi-user training, making it possible to train with other people, producing a fun and interactive experience. Training delegates learn how to use true-to-life sepsis screening tools that are used in the NHS and private healthcare in the UK at the time of release.

Medical Realities is currently working to enhance this solution with the latest advances in AI conversational technology, to allow delegates to train in the important conversations that surround this critical screening procedure and ensure high quality patient outcomes.
